Camp 2009 Updates

Thunder Camp 2009
Thunder camp 2009 has been a major roller coaster ride. With the roller coaster going down hill most of the time, This years camp was in recession along with the nations economy and most of your jobs. But through it all we were very successful in getting rid of a lot of dead weight players from the 2008 season. We were also successful at finally replacing Isiah Wigfall the Thunder's all time leading rusher. With the absence of other well known future Thunder Hall of Famers such as Matt Banks, Derrick Bates, Luther Hill & Tarrell Phillips and a few others. These are players that when you have them on the field you know that you can beat anyteam. And I would like to think that coming out of this years camp we have done a pretty good job of replacing most of the Thunder greats that we would love to have back but life goes on. The thunder faces the Northern Neck Rivermen who bring a solid football team to the RAFL. So in closing out out camp 2009 if you made the team keep in mind it's your time to rewrite history.
